I've spent 15 years in sales and account management, building and training sales systems at organizations like TheStreet, Sports Illustrated and Discovery, and for the last four years I've been using AI to make those systems faster. I've also run a couple of local service businesses here on Long Island, so I saw early what this means for owners.
At one point an executive I worked with wanted someone to train their team on using AI day to day. Someone on our side said:
