Long Island Golf Factory is a private indoor golf simulator at 5514 Merrick Rd in Massapequa. One bay, Garmin R50 launch monitor technology, 40,000 world-class courses, leather couches, fully automated - open 24/7, booked entirely online through Skedda. No staff. No front desk. Just a premium golf experience behind a locked door.

The business was brand new. There was no website, no Google Business presence, no social media strategy, and no playbook for how to grow. The owner had started building on Wix, but the site wasn't live yet - and the monthly subscription was about to auto-renew.
